Do you take insurance?
At Play Eat Speak, we currently are only accepting private pay. We provide a detailed receipt, or superbill, monthly upon request, which you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network service reimbursement. It is the client's responsibility to check with their insurance provider about out-of-network benefits, as coverage varies. If superbills are accepted, confirm any required prior documentation by calling the number on your insurance card. Current rates for therapy and consultations can be found here, and for speaking engagement, please submit an inquiry here. A Good Faith Estimate will be provided prior to initiating services, outlining anticipated costs.

What are the options for treatment services?
Speech/ feeding therapy services can occur in-home for individuals in Central Massachusetts [At this time we currently do not operate in the city of Worcester]. Tele-therapy services can be provided for any individual residing in the state of Massachusetts.

Can you complete evaluations?
Yes, we offer both comprehensive evaluations with formal written reports or informal evaluations for the sole purpose of creating a treatment plan for services. We do offer AAC assessments; families should be aware this service will be an extended evaluation which will occur across several trial periods/ sessions.

Can I get parent training/ coaching?
Parent coaching services are available for families anywhere globally and can can happen via phone call, video call, or in person following an in-home visit.
